• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, identifying client issues such as addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, and formulate personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), carefully adapted to enhance each client's resilience and foster sustained recovery.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while safeguarding client confidentiality and professional standards.

• Collaborate extensively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the full spectrum of client needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to social work excellence.
