As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical records that reflect client progress and session outcomes.
• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Engaging in case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance service quality and client outcomes.
• Providing ongoing education to clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources available to them.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, integrating new research insights into your therapeutic approach.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging in age, socioeconomic status, and cultural backgrounds. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.

• Salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
