This position offers flexibility by allowing you to work remotely while supporting students in various school settings throughout Hillsboro, Oregon. Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, providing convenient access for both counselors and clients. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, effectively triaging care based on client needs.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds to discuss treatment plans and ensure cohesive care across different service providers.
• Design and implement graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to each patient, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation that meets the ethical and regulatory standards of the organization and the mental health field.
• Collaborate with community agencies and resources to facilitate case management, ensuring students receive holistic support that extends beyond individual therapy sessions.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth by participating in ongoing training and supervision as part of a collaborative team environment.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting students and their families dealing with a range of mental health issues. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
