• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify each student's emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, tailored to individuals, families, and groups to enhance emotional coping skills.
• Collaborate with school educators, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and develop integrated treatment plans that support students' academic and personal success.
• Advocate for students’ rights, facilitating access to necessary community resources and support services to foster their overall wellness.
• Utilize electronic health record systems effectively to document all client interactions, track treatment progress, and evaluate outcomes.
• Engage in professional development activities to continually enhance your therapeutic approach, ensuring alignment with the latest best practices in mental health.

This position primarily services school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe and trusting environment for students, empowering them to express their feelings and develop coping strategies in a supportive setting.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice principles.

• Experience working within educational settings or with school-aged populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload management. In addition, we provide a flexible schedule that allows you to balance professional and personal commitments while working from home.
