• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health challenges in students, utilizing psychometric tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions while applying trauma-informed care principles to address the unique needs of each student.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring secure storage of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with educational professionals, parents, and external providers to create a supportive network for each student.
• Stay current with advancements in the social work field, regularly attending training sessions and workshops to continue professional development.

You will primarily work with students facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences that influence mental health. Our focus is on delivering solution-based therapies that empower students to overcome obstacles and develop coping strategies. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with an active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Georgia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and educational staff.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing students' needs.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing the quality of care provided.
