Relieve Mental Healthcare is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in New York City, NY. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to engage with students and families virtually. While you will primarily be working independently, you will also be a crucial member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with educators and healthcare professionals to promote student well-being. The role is designed to accommodate the full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for students dealing with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health, examining emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored treatment strategies that resonate with each student's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care and support for students.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing feedback and results.
• Educate and empower students and families by providing essential information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain strict adherence to professional ethical standards, including confidentiality and informed consent procedures.

You will primarily work with students in a remote school environment, addressing their mental health needs through virtual sessions. The diversity of the student body means that you'll encounter a range of cultural backgrounds and personal experiences, allowing you to apply culturally competent practices to foster inclusive support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
• Exceptional clinical skills, with experience in conducting thorough assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms for managing patient records and facilitating remote therapy sessions.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with community resources and advocacy for educational and mental health-related programs.
• Background in crisis intervention and understanding of trauma-informed care.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our employee benefits package includes:
