• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate individualized therapy plans that cater to their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various groups, including individuals, couples, and families, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards at all times.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participating in workshops and training sessions to remain current with evolving mental health practices and research.

This role focuses on serving a diverse population that may include individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. You will work with both adults and children, tailoring your approach to fit their unique circumstances and cultural contexts.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A strong understanding of mental health laws and ethical standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with a wide range of clients.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload.
