Randolph Behavioral Center is currently seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work according to your schedule with the flexibility of regular hours and occasional evening shifts as necessary. As part of our team, you will be equipped with state-of-the-art teletherapy tools and resources that facilitate effective virtual interactions. You'll also be part of a vibrant and multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other mental health professionals and educators to provide the best care possible for your clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and interviews to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through remote sessions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers and school personnel to ensure an integrated approach that addresses the educational and emotional needs of students.
• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support in emergency situations, employing rapid assessment skills and interventions to stabilize clients.
• Participate in community outreach programs and initiatives designed to raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage help-seeking behaviors among students and families.

Your primary focus will be on students and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. You will have the opportunity to serve a culturally diverse clientele, enhancing your skills and cultural competence as you tailor interventions to meet the specific needs of individuals and families.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active, independent state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build therapeutic rapport with clients of various backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in practice, ensuring an approachable atmosphere for clients from all walks of life.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services, particularly in educational settings.
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and experience working in collaboration with educational staff.
• Background in community mental health services or crisis intervention.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
