The position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to support students through telehealth services. You will engage with students and families via virtual platforms, implementing effective therapeutic interventions and assessments while maintaining a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Occasionally, evening shifts and weekend on-call duties may be required, ensuring you are available to provide critical support when needed.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your everyday tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for students, establishing a deep understanding of individual needs and challenges.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that prioritize emotional well-being and facilitate successful integration within the school community.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various conditions including ASD, ADHD, and trauma through individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to provide a comprehensive care experience.
• Responding effectively to mental health crises and providing immediate support to students in urgent need.
• Offering psychoeducation to students and their families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Maintaining precise documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while regularly participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss strategies and progress.

You will work primarily with students who have special education needs. Your focus will be on promoting mental health among these individuals, empowering them to navigate their academic and personal lives despite their challenges. By understanding their unique experiences, you will craft therapeutic interventions that resonate with their specific situations.

To qualify for this rewarding role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW licensure in Georgia.
• A strong foundation in diagnosing mental health disorders, formulating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth communication technologies.

While two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, your ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of mental health and experience in a similar setting will be critical. Experience working with special needs populations, familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, and strong crisis intervention capabilities will set you apart as a candidate.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and dedication to the position.
