Job description

Work Flexibility: Remote

The Associate Technical Instructor will deliver training sessions, provide student support, assess student progress and provide administrative support related to the training program and learning management system. This role collaborates with multiple stakeholders to help manage and improve the training program. Working hours can be any time between 6am CST until 6pm CST.


What you will do:

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on system administration topics, including operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns, and helping them to successfully complete their coursework.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work closely with other instructors, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to continually improve the training program.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree 6+ years of additional relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required
  • Proficiency in operating systems networking, system security, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • Healthcare product/vendor experience preferred
  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability presenting to large groups of people

  • USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
  • US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
  • US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
  • US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
  • US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
  • US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
