Hopeful Horizons Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This position operates remotely, providing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home or preferred environment. You will be working within a well-established framework designed for school-based outpatient services, while maintaining consistent communication with school personnel and mental health professionals. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, identify strengths, and develop tailored interventions.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective, client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to foster peer support and shared learning.
• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, providing immediate support to students facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and progress assessments in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records to coordinate care and ensure high-quality service delivery.

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. Diverse in backgrounds and experiences, our clients may include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment issues. You will play a pivotal role in supporting these youths through personalized care and by fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient environment, with a focus on youth services preferred.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong capacity for empathy and rapport-building.

• Experience working within a school setting or with younger populations in a clinical capacity.
• Familiarity with local community resources and services available for youth and families.
• Ability to navigate and integrate telehealth platforms seamlessly into therapeutic practice.
