As a part of our remote team, you will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and other mental health professionals to establish supportive environments for students. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with school-based interventions.
• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies for students experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and educational staff to relay updates on student progress, needs, and concerns, facilitating a holistic approach to student care.
• Create and maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with departmental policies and ethical guidelines.
• Actively engage with community resources and initiatives to enhance support for students and families, effectively representing Redesign Counseling Hub in local meetings and committees.

In this role, you will work primarily with students across various age groups, helping them navigate personal challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your interventions will not only focus on immediate concerns but will also address long-term resilience and coping strategies, promoting their overall mental health and academic success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required; candidates with licensure as an LCSW will be prioritized.
• Minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient or school-based setting, providing therapeutic support to diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills.

Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings or similar environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with school counseling frameworks and best practices in mental health intervention will give candidates an edge. Knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly those catering to the youth demographic, is essential.
