This position is full-time and entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while you effectively engage with clients through teletherapy. Our work setting is designed to create a collaborative atmosphere among team members, with regular virtual meetings to ensure coordinated care. We use advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions and maintain seamless communication within our team.

• Conduct thorough assessments through video conferencing to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Design customized treatment plans tailored to each client based on their unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support students effectively.
• Engage in regular communication with teachers and school staff to provide a holistic approach to each student's needs.
• Document all client interactions and treatment interventions adhering to confidentiality laws and ethical guidelines.
• Advocate for students' emotional and psychological needs to ensure they receive appropriate school-based resources.

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral issues. Your goal will be to help these young individuals develop coping strategies, improve their emotional health, and navigate their academic responsibilities while finding balance in their personal lives.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Proven track record in clinical social work, with expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse clients, including parents and school staff.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a proactive approach to adopting new technologies.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings is highly desirable.
• Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being.
• Knowledge of special education systems and IEP procedures.
• Previous experience in remote therapy services and familiarity with best practices in telehealth.
