Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, engaging with clients to assess their mental health status and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client.
• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and navigate emotional challenges while offering continual support and encouragement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes through a holistic approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and emotional distress. As a LICSW at our practice, you will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care, respecting each client’s unique circumstances while fostering an environment of trust and understanding.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid LICSW license in the state of Washington, with no disciplinary actions against it.
• Proven experience in clinical social work, with competencies in assessment, diagnosis, and formulating treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong technological proficiency and adaptability, including experience with remote work technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Background in group therapy facilitation and community outreach initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
