• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and objectives.
• Gather and analyze comprehensive patient histories to inform therapy strategies.
• Provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions designed to address a range of mental health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Document client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Engage in psychoeducation, guiding clients and families through therapeutic techniques that strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic client care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultures, allowing you to utilize your skills in culturally responsive therapy and address unique client needs.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A valid Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) license in the state of Arizona.
• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as structural, strategic, systems, or narrative therapy.
• Clinical experience of at least one year post-licensure is preferred, emphasizing competency in various therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

We prefer candidates who have experience with psychoeducational programming and relationship counseling, allowing you to effectively address family dynamics and individual challenges. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is also advantageous, as this will enable smooth transitions into our technology-driven approach.
