Position Overview

Immediate openings are available for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Solomon Counseling Center. This full-time position is uniquely remote, allowing counselors to deliver critical mental health support while enjoying the flexibility of a home office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Offer timely consultations and collaborate with healthcare professionals to design pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans that include behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.
• Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, ensuring that patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Engage actively in quality assurance processes, including licensing and accreditation, to guarantee that our services meet the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve come from varied backgrounds and have distinct mental health needs. Our focus includes individuals coping with serious emotional challenges, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is essential for this role.
• Candidates must be license eligible according to state regulations.
• A valid and clean driver’s license is mandated for potential on-site visits.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated mastery in building rapport and establishing trust with clients in a therapeutic environment.
• History of effective communication skills and active listening capabilities that foster empathy while providing firm guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently and with a high level of accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus for new hires. Additionally, our counselors benefit from monthly productivity bonuses that reward their hard work and dedication.
