Immediate openings are available for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Solomon Counseling Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Offer timely consultations and collaborate with healthcare professionals to design pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans that include behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, ensuring that patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • Engage actively in quality assurance processes, including licensing and accreditation, to guarantee that our services meet the highest standards of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve come from varied backgrounds and have distinct mental health needs. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

  • Candidates must be license eligible according to state regulations.
  • A valid and clean driver’s license is mandated for potential on-site visits.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently and with a high level of accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus for new hires. Additionally, our counselors benefit from monthly productivity bonuses that reward their hard work and dedication.
