Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans for clients by conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices to promote effective healing and growth.
  • Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy, to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and the best outcomes for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Solomon Counseling Center, you will work with a varied client population facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or additional training in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms and adapting therapeutic interventions for remote settings.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, we provide:
