• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and relational dynamics, focusing on mood disorders, family structures, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Create and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, which might include techniques from structural, strategic, or narrative therapy approaches.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.
• Provide education about various mental health disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care strategies to clients and their families.
• Monitor and document client progress diligently, revising treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

The clinic serves a broad demographic, including various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses, all requiring understanding, respect, and tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• An annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 is offered based on your qualifications and experience.
