Job description

Hire Resolve is assisting structural engineering organizations and AEC firms in hiring experienced structural professionals for multiple roles supporting building, industrial, and infrastructure projects. These positions suit engineers who can lead design, analysis, and quality review while mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, timber, and masonry systems
  • Produce and review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Coordinate with architects, civil teams, and MEP partners
  • Support construction phase services (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
  • Ensure code compliance (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC) and internal QA/QC

Requirements
  • BS/MS in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • 7-15+ years in structural engineering (buildings/industrial preferred)
  • Strong design software experience (ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, Tekla, Revit-role dependent)
  • PE required/preferred; SE strongly preferred in certain jurisdictions
  • Strong communication and client-facing capability
