• Conduct direct clinical work in both office and community settings, providing assessment and treatment for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.
• Establish and maintain positive rapport and trust with clients, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance that facilitates healing and empowerment.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, coordinating with family members and other providers to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Perform evidence-based screenings and assessments, arranging for more detailed evaluations as necessary to inform treatment strategies.
• Lead crisis intervention efforts and provide timely support to clients in distress, utilizing your training and experience to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Monitor progress towards treatment goals and adjust care plans as needed, helping clients navigate their journey towards recovery.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies while promoting a safe and supportive environment.
• Complete administrative responsibilities, including timely documentation and reporting, to ensure effective communication within the team.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of service delivery within the agency.

Your role as an LCSW will involve working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. These may include children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges, adults dealing with stressors related to trauma or significant life changes, and families in need of support and intervention. Your efforts will strive to ensure that mental health services are accessible and culturally competent, addressing the unique needs of the patient population you serve.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required; candidates with LCSW licensure are preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is essential, particularly in mental health settings.
• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for diverse populations, including risk assessment and crisis management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and foster connections with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated organizational and planning capabilities, with a focus on managing a caseload efficiently.
• Cultural competence in approaching age-related concerns and understanding specialized needs for varying client demographics.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.
• Background in providing telehealth services, with familiarity in utilizing platforms for virtual counseling.
• Experience working with community resources to support client referrals and interdisciplinary collaboration.
