• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients in various stages of their mental health journeys, utilizing best practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and tailored to individual client needs, addressing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while promoting accountability and transparency.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment effectiveness and enhance the quality of care being provided.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse group of clients, primarily individuals facing the emotional complexities associated with end-of-life issues. Your work will provide essential mental health support to patients and their families, helping them cope with grief, anxiety, and depression. Your empathetic approach will help clients navigate their feelings, leading to improved emotional and psychological outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of three years’ clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, with a preference for experience in hospice or palliative care.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methods and interventions.
• Strong communication skills coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in providing mental health care in hospice or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation tools.
• Background in crisis intervention and conflict resolution methodologies.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
