• Minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Must pass a background check to ensure client safety and confidentiality.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused approaches.
• Familiarity with insurance billing practices and mental health compliance standards.
• Previous experience working in an outpatient facility.
