• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, collecting data to identify co-occurring disorders and determining individual treatment needs.
• Develop and execute customized, evidence-based treatment plans that address each client's specific mental health and addiction-related goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing addiction issues, trauma, and other underlying mental health conditions, using tailored therapeutic methodologies.
• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and adherence to recovery goals.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population grappling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients range in age, backgrounds, and experiences, allowing you to apply your counseling skills to various situations. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid background in supporting individuals with mental health and addiction issues.

• Experience in outpatient mental health care, particularly in rehabilitation settings.
• Specialized training or certifications related to addiction treatment and recovery methodologies.
