POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is for someone who wants to build real strategy and learn how ideas become offerings, proposals, and executed work. You will support strategy, business model, operating model, and activation work, while also contributing to proposals, executive immersions, and new offering development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy and Delivery Support
o Conduct market, competitor, and stakeholder research
o Support value proposition and narrative development
o Build components of business models and go-to-market logic
o Support operating model work (decision rights, governance, ways of working)
o Develop activation tools: metrics, dashboards, roadmaps
2. Proposal and Growth Support
o Support proposal development from early concept to final submission
o Help structure loose ideas into clear approaches
o Build client-ready slides and materials
o Learn how consulting work is shaped and sold
3. Immersions and Offering Development
o Support creative design of executive immersions
o Assist with megatrend research and synthesis
o Help package and refine repeatable offerings
o Participate in IRLs and capture insights
EXPERIENCE AND PROFILE
o Associate: 2-4 years relevant experience
o Senior Associate: 4-7 years with workstream ownership
o Strong analytical and synthesis skills
o Clear communicator
o Interested in strategy and execution, not just research

EDUCATION
  • BS or BA (Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Sciences preferred)

  • MBA is not required but would be beneficial in this role; only MBAs with prior consulting experience are considered

SALARY:
Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including individual skill set, experience, specific office location, and qualifications. For positions located in New York City only, the range of starting pay for this role is $72k-$168k. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus or performance-based incentives.
