We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer to support large-scale retail store planning and design initiatives for one of the nation's leading retail healthcare brands.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced production environments, can rapidly adapt to established workflows, and enjoy collaborating across design, planning, and construction teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and operationally sound retail environments.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural drawing packages and store layouts
  • Support high-volume retail planning initiatives across multiple concurrent projects
  • Update test fits, fixture plans, and layout documentation based on evolving business requirements
  • Review consultant drawing sets for quality, completeness, and alignment with established standards
  • Execute markups and revisions using Bluebeam Revu and related collaboration tools
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to resolve design and documentation issues
  • Incorporate redlines, comments, and revisions efficiently within aggressive delivery timelines
  • Ensure drawing packages remain accurate, organized, and code compliant
  • Support internal store planning and architectural leadership teams in maintaining execution velocity
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills
  • 35 years of relevant architectural design or store planning experience
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar markup/review platforms
  • Experience supporting construction documents, layout plans, and fixture plans
