In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your daily activities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions that encourage clients to share experiences and support one another in a safe environment.
• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized sessions to help clients explore their emotions and thoughts, fostering growth and resilience.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented plans that address their unique needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Assess client progress using evidence-based tools and strategies, ensuring their treatment remains effective.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, discussing complex cases and coordinating care to optimize client outcomes.

Your work will center on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and transitional life challenges. Our holistic approach integrates evidence-based practices with compassionate care, allowing our clients to thrive while they redefine their futures.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Strong foundation in mental health treatment methodologies and practices.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in therapeutic settings focusing on adolescents and young adults are highly preferred. Experience in evidence-based treatment modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
