In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will play a critical role at our outpatient treatment center dedicated to young adults aged 18 to 30. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote peer connection and mutual support among clients, guiding them to share experiences, insight, and coping strategies.
• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions, offering empathetic counseling that helps clients explore their thoughts and feelings while developing tailored coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create meaningful and goal-oriented treatment plans that are specific to their unique needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress using standardized assessment tools, ensuring that therapy remains effective and goal-directed.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare providers, ensuring coordinated care that optimizes treatment outcomes by consulting on complex cases and sharing insights.

Your primary focus will be on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are seeking support for various mental health challenges.
