As a remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outpatient services. Our environment is fast-paced yet supportive, allowing flexibility while fostering professional growth. We prioritize mental wellness not just for our clients, but for our team members as well. Working hours are Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule that supports your personal and professional needs.

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions that foster community among clients, where they can share experiences and learn collaborative coping strategies.
• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling to help clients deeply explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, while assisting them in developing tailored coping strategies and actionable plans.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Work closely with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that respect their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations for recovery.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to consistently track clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with team members and coordinate care effectively, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment, including consultation on complex cases.

This position focuses primarily on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). As a counselor in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility, you will engage with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role is vital in helping them navigate their unique journeys towards healing and empowerment.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• Demonstrated ability to work with young adults in therapeutic settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and holistic treatment approaches.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings or with young adult populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in digital therapy tools and virtual counseling technologies.
• Experience in group facilitation and treatment planning is beneficial.
