About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, articulate, proactive, and highly motivated Proposal Writer / Pre-Sales Consultantto support our US Consulting & IT Staffing operations. The ideal candidate must bring a strong "Can Do" attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle complex proposals under tight deadlines. Experience with AI-based tools for research, content creation, and proposal automation will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Writing & RFP/RFI Management
  • Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs from US clients and create accurate, persuasive, and compliant responses.
  • Develop high-quality proposals, capability statements, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a proposal library with updated content, templates, case studies, and company credentials.
  • Ensure proposals follow timelines, compliance requirements, and branding guidelines.
Pre-Sales Support
  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to create strategic proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for US IT staffing and consulting clients.
  • Prepare client-specific presentations, value propositions, and solution outlines.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, requirement discussions, and strategy calls.
Content & Communication
  • Translate technical and staffing requirements into clear, client-friendly language.
  • Develop/refine service brochures, capability decks, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Proofread, edit, and enhance documents for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, improve proposal quality, and accelerate research workflows.
Coordination & Process Management
  • Track proposal deadlines, follow-up timelines, and maintain status reports.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to gather candidate profiles, resumes, and delivery capability insights.
  • Ensure timely and complete submission of all deliverables.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Proposal Writing, Pre-Sales, or Business Development Support (US Staffing/Consulting domain preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with a strong "Can Do" personality and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of US IT staffing, roles, technologies, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and MSP/VMS processes.
  • Ability to create structured, persuasive, and compliant proposals under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for proposal creation, content enhancement, data extraction, or market research (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Writer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of proposal tools, CRM systems, or content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven US shift environment.
