Work Environment

This full-time role is facilitated in a remote setting, allowing you to reach clients in many different locations. You will operate from your own home, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions, applying your counseling skills to assess client needs through various digital platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and continually evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goals.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic treatment approaches that improve client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele composed of individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
