Your role as an LCSW will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities aimed at promoting the mental health and emotional well-being of our clients:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and gather insights into their strengths and challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches to effectively address client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring goals align with clients' specific situations and include actionable interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring client safety and making recommendations for appropriate supports.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards while promoting transparency among the treatment team.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that foster community among participants.

While not required, candidates with the following experience may be preferred:

• Demonstrated experience working within a school or educational setting, collaborating with teachers and administrative staff.
