• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using proven, evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff, psychologists, and psychiatrists to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, carrying out risk assessments and creating safety plans as required based on client circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates to client records.
• Facilitate psychoeducational classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, tackling mental health education topics relevant to school-aged populations.

The LCSW will work with a diverse patient population, mainly comprised of children and adolescents dealing with various mental health challenges within the school environment. The clinician will focus on promoting mental health awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being while addressing the specific needs of students navigating the complexities of academic and social pressures.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal communication and assessment skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or school-based outpatient setting.

• Experience collaborating with school personnel and interdisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes.
