• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather insight into clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and challenges that inform treatment decisions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that clearly outline client goals, measurable outcomes, and therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, emphasizing therapeutic engagement and connection.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and risk assessments as necessary, providing critical support to clients in acute distress.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that focus on skill-building, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
