As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.
• Providing individual therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Facilitating family and group therapy sessions, tailored to address the diverse needs of attendees.
• Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.
• Offering crisis interventions and conducting risk assessments to ensure client safety.
• Documenting care and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Leading psychoeducational workshops that empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many of our clients come to us facing complex mental health issues. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them toward recovery and empowerment, equipping them with skills to foster resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods and approaches to mental health care.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, applicants with additional specialized training in therapeutic modalities will be favored. Proven experience in crisis intervention and working collaboratively in a treatment team setting will further enhance your application.
