• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions that cater to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic and client-centered care.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to stabilize clients in acute distress.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to encourage community and shared healing.

The LCSW at St. Charles Counseling Services will work with a diverse clientele presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. The emphasis on personalized care allows our social workers to truly understand the unique struggles of each client and tailor their approach accordingly.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to facilitate effective client interactions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, delivering therapeutic services to a diverse population.
• Experience with integrated care teams and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline clinical documentation.
• Training or certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches is a plus.
