Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our legal team. As a legal intern, you will work closely with our general counsel and compliance officer and gain hands-on experience in health law and policy. This is an excellent opportunity for a first or second-year law student who is passionate about healthcare law and wants to further their skill set and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the review and drafting a variety of contracts, policies and procedures.

· Conduct legal research on health law, employment, privacy, corporate and M&A issues.

· Participate in and contribute to team strategy sessions and client meetings.

· Monitor changes in health and corporate law and industry trends, ensuring the legal team is informed of relevant updates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

· Currently enrolled in law school.
