Remote Sports Ticketing information

What is remote sports ticketing?

Remote sports ticketing refers to the process of selling, distributing, and managing sports event tickets through online platforms, allowing customers to purchase tickets from anywhere without needing to visit a physical box office. Professionals working in remote sports ticketing may handle customer service, ticket sales, technical support, or event logistics entirely online. This approach increases convenience for both the ticket buyers and the organizations hosting sports events, streamlines operations, and often utilizes specialized software or ticketing systems to manage sales and entry.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote sports ticketing specialist?

To thrive as a Remote Sports Ticketing Specialist, you typically need strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, CRM systems, and payment processing tools is often required. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and time management help professionals stand out in this role. These skills ensure efficient ticket sales, positive customer experiences, and accurate transaction handling in a virtual environment.

How does a remote sports ticketing professional typically coordinate with on-site staff and fans to resolve ticketing issues in real time?

Remote Sports Ticketing professionals often work closely with on-site box office teams and customer service representatives using digital communication channels like chat, email, and phone. When fans encounter ticketing problems such as last-minute changes, technical errors, or entry issues, remote staff quickly access ticketing platforms and collaborate with venue teams to resolve concerns efficiently. Success in this role involves strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot software systems, and responsiveness during peak event times. Effective coordination ensures a smooth experience for both fans and in-person staff, even though the ticketing agent is not physically at the event.

Agentic AI Engineer

Envorso Sports Seattle, WA (Hybrid) or Remote, US Full-time

About Envorso Sports

Envorso Sports builds the platform that runs a professional sports team's entire fan-facing business, ticketing, website, and mobile app, from one system instead of six disconnected vendors, with commerce, CRM, and marketing automation on the near-term roadmap. The platform is live in production today with the Seattle Seawolves of Major League Rugby, with expansion planned across the league and into other professional sports organizations.

About the Role

The Agentic AI Engineer scales the platform two ways: as a product capability and as how the engineering team builds. On the product side, you will design agentic features that act on fan and ticketing data, including fan scoring, segmentation, and an offers engine that proposes campaigns instead of reporting on what fans did. On the engineering side, you will build and own the internal agent tooling: guardrails on what coding agents can touch, PR-review agents that check against the spec, and automated checks that keep frontend and backend in sync as API contracts change. You will also ship the front-end on web (Next.js) and mobile so the work reaches fans and marketers, not just an API. You will own the full lifecycle, from design and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration, and report into product while working daily with a tech lead and engineering team mostly based in Argentina.

What You'll Do
  • Design and ship agentic product features: fan scoring, segmentation, and an offers engine that proposes campaigns.
  • Build the front-end for those features on web (Next.js) and mobile.
  • Build and own internal agent tooling: guardrails, PR-review agents, spec-driven test generation, and frontend and backend sync checks.
  • Set the standard for model selection, cost, and evaluation, and mentor engineers adopting agentic workflows.
  • Own agent quality: catch shallow or overfit output, define what good looks like, and make failures visible.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of software engineering, with at least 1 year building and shipping AI/LLM-powered applications in production.
  • Real multi-agent design experience: tool use, memory, and orchestration.
  • Strong TypeScript, comfortable in a Next.js app and an API-service codebase; Python a plus.
  • Full-stack enough to ship end to end, including web (React/Next.js) and ideally mobile (React Native or native).
  • Ability to explain what an agent is doing and where it breaks to a non-ML engineer or product partner.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no employer-sponsored visas for this role.
Compensation and Benefits

$145,000 base, plus bonus and benefits. Direct exposure to team owners and sports executives, live deployments and paying customers today, and early influence over engineering practice and culture.

How to Apply

To apply for this role, you must create an account on provn.co and submit all required application artifacts. Resume only applications may be considered, but candidates who complete a full application are reviewed with priority.

How hiring works here

Referrals are king for getting an interview. But what if you don't have a referral? Applying with Provn is designed to help you get more interviews. Instead of sending a cold resume into an ATS and waiting, you will complete a challenge built by Envorso Sports and submit a short video walking through your approach. No time limit. No timers. No restrictions on AI usage. Show how you build with AI.

Why that works in your favor:

  • You show how you actually build and ship with coding agents, instead of hoping a resume communicates your skill clearly.
  • Your judgment with AI becomes visible, which no "proficient with AI coding agents" resume bullet can prove.
  • One challenge puts you in front of the engineering team, scored on the work. Priority without a referral!

The hiring manager reviews every completed submission, and strongest candidates go straight to an interview round. No referral needed. Performance over pedigree. Proof over polish.
