About the Role

Allied Roofing Partners is hiring a Marketing Performance & Analytics Strategist to support marketing reporting, analytics, paid media performance, and cross-brand marketing operations across our growing portfolio of roofing brands.

This role will help build the reporting foundation for ARP's marketing organization, giving leadership clear visibility into performance by brand, market, campaign, and channel. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with multiple data sources, and able to turn marketing data into clear insights and recommendations.

This is a remote-first role with occasional meetings and limited travel as needed to support local brand teams.


Responsibilities

Build and maintain marketing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports across multiple brands and markets.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including spend, leads, cost per lead, booked jobs, sold jobs, revenue attribution, booking rate, close rate, and marketing efficiency.
Pull and reconcile data from ad platforms, CRMs, call tracking systems, website analytics, and agency reports.
Support data QA, lead-source cleanup, campaign naming consistency, and reporting accuracy across platforms.
Develop weekly and monthly reporting summaries for leadership and brand teams.
Support Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaign monitoring, optimization, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
Assist with landing page, website, and conversion path recommendations based on campaign performance.
Support SEO-related work, including local page content, service page updates, FAQ content, and basic website copy edits.
Make small website updates in WordPress or similar CMS platforms as needed.
Assist with Google Tag Manager QA, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting across websites and ad platforms.
Support basic technical SEO and structured data QA, including schema, location page markup, and indexing issues.
Review agency and vendor reports, identify performance gaps, and help translate findings into internal action items.
Assist with new brand onboarding, including audits of marketing accounts, tracking, websites, CRMs, call tracking, Google Business Profiles, and reporting access.
Help document marketing processes, reporting standards, onboarding checklists, and campaign tracking requirements.


Qualifications(Must Have)

Strong experience building or maintaining marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze marketing performance and explain trends, gaps, and opportunities clearly.
Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, including leads, CPL, conversion rate, booked jobs, revenue attribution, ROAS, and marketing efficiency.
Comfortable working with data from multiple sources and identifying inconsistencies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tracking or reporting issues.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Preferred Experience

Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, or Meta Ads experience.
