Willow Branch Landscapes is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Landscape Maintenance Division throughout Middle Tennessee.
This is an opportunity for an established B2B sales professional who understands the commercial landscaping industry and knows how to turn relationships into long-term business. You'll focus on developing new opportunities with commercial properties, property management companies, HOAs, and other key decision-makers while also identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
If you're a proactive, relationship-driven salesperson with a proven ability to build a pipeline, close business, and consistently achieve sales goals, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do:
  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial landscape maintenance opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee.
  • Build strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, developers, HOA decision-makers, and other industry partners.
  • Develop, present, negotiate, and follow up on proposals and bids.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying additional services and opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and track activity and KPIs using CRM tools.
  • Represent Willow Branch Landscapes at industry events, local associations, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and develop new relationships.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure successful project start-ups and a positive customer experience.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion into new territories or services.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the landscape maintenance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and successfully managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience developing proposals and navigating commercial bid opportunities.
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to commute to Spring Hill, TN, or relocate prior to starting.
