As part of our team, you may work with the company as a whole or directly with the entrepreneur, helping us maintain a consistent digital presence. We value creativity, storytelling, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to a growing brand.
This position is centered on creating and posting content that reflects the energy and personality of a sports-based brand. The right candidate brings fresh ideas, understands how to maintain a consistent online presence, and is comfortable working independently with minimal oversight. Your job is to keep the brand active, engaging, and evolving through thoughtful posting. As the online presence grows, additional hours, responsibilities, and pay may become available.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Posting and scheduling content across all active platforms
- Writing captions and maintaining a consistent voice
- Using new and existing media to create regular weekly content
- Capturing occasional content on-site when needed
- Monitoring engagement and adjusting posting patterns based on performance
- Helping plan simple content ideas that fit within the sports space
- Staying up-to-date on algorithmic changes and best practices on each platform
