• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of students, identifying their strengths, challenges, and support needs to complete necessary intake documentation.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and art-based interventions tailored to each student's specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving measurable therapeutic outcomes and personal goals.
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and empowering environment for personal growth and healing.
• Engage in collaborative treatment efforts with school personnel, parents, and external community resources to ensure holistic support for students.
• Provide vocational and experiential counseling as necessary to help students develop life skills and resilience.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Understanding the unique dynamics of school environments and associated pressures is vital to effectively support our diverse student population.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably within an educational or community health setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and working with youth.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Strong collaborative skills, with experience in multidisciplinary team situations.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, along with annual salary increases based on performance.
