Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to expand CoachChatt’s reach across amateur sports organizations, schools, and athletic programs. This role is responsible for identifying prospects, conducting outreach, booking demos, and closing new partnerships.

You’ll play a key role in driving growth by helping organizations modernize how they communicate, operate, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect amateur sports organizations, schools, and athletic programs
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos
  • Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to organizational needs
  • Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (Athletic Directors, Program Directors, Administrators)
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine messaging and strategy
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
