We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help drive pipeline growth through paid media, marketing automation, email marketing, and digital campaign execution.This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys combining creativity with analytics and wants to directly impact revenue growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing programs that generate qualified leads and support revenue objectives. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline creation.

What You'll Do

Demand Generation
•    Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns
•    Manage campaign budgets and performance against lead and pipeline goals
•    Develop audience targeting strategies across multiple channels
•    Continuously test and optimize messaging, creative, and landing pages

Marketing Automation & Email
•    Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journeys in HubSpot
•    Support lead nurturing programs across multiple buyer personas
•    Assist with lead scoring and segmentation initiatives
•    Ensure proper campaign tracking and reporting

Digital Campaign Execution
•    Support webinar, event, product launch, and integrated marketing campaigns
•    Coordinate campaign assets and digital promotions across channels
•    Manage social media publishing and paid social initiatives
•    Collaborate with content and design resources to maximize campaign performance

Analytics & Reporting
•    Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI
•    Create recurring performance reports and dashboards
•    Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
•    Provide recommendations based on campaign and funnel performance

Qualifications
•    3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
•    Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
•    Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
•    Strong understanding of lead generation and demand generation principles
•    Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics
•    Excellent organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications
•    HubSpot certification
•    Google Ads certification
•    Salesforce familiarity
•    Experience supporting webinars and virtual events
•    Basic SEO and conversion rate optimization knowledge
