Familiarity with scheduling software, maintenance tracking systems, and point-of-sale platforms is typically required. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills help you manage teams and ensure guest satisfaction. These skills are crucial for maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment and ensuring efficient, profitable park operations.
