Job Description

Crest Pool Service is hiring a Certified Pool Technician to join our full-time team. In this role, you'll service residential and/or commercial pools โ€” maintaining water quality, inspecting equipment, and ensuring every pool is safe and sparkling clean. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with pool maintenance experience, plus room to grow your skills and earnings.

Responsibilities
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
  • Clean pools, skim debris, vacuum, and brush walls and tile
  • Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment
  • Diagnose and repair common equipment issues, or escalate as needed
  • Open and close pools seasonally
  • Maintain accurate service logs for each stop on your route
  • Communicate professionally with customers about pool condition and recommended repairs
  • Identify and recommend additional services or products to customers
  • Follow all safety protocols when handling pool chemicals
Requirements
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
  • Prior experience in pool maintenance or service preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Basic mechanical/troubleshooting ability
