This full-time position allows you to provide essential mental health care to clients across Tennessee through a telehealth platform designed for efficiency and effectiveness. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a professional level of interaction with clients through our secure telehealth platform. You will enjoy a supportive work atmosphere, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals who value work-life balance and prioritize client care. The setting allows you to manage your schedule effectively, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, ensuring each session is client-focused and goal-oriented.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating their feedback into the therapeutic process.
• Assist clients in setting practical therapeutic goals, and track progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, following HIPAA regulations and best clinical practices to ensure compliance and safety.
• Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to refine your skills and keep abreast of the latest advancements in the mental health field.

You will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, providing therapy to individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will support those who are seeking not just immediate solutions, but also long-term mental health strategies. The patients you serve will benefit from your compassionate approach and proactive engagement, fostering a safe space for personal growth and healing.

• An active and unrestricted mental health license in Tennessee (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working in a mental health setting, demonstrating your capacity to manage various client cases effectively.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms alongside traditional face-to-face therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to help streamline client documentation and management processes.
• A background in working with diverse populations and/or specialized populations such as adolescents, veterans, or substance abuse.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
