• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients to accurately evaluate their mental health needs, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals based on each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods to foster engagement and promote healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create an integrated care plan that supports clients holistically.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, promoting understanding and active involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and those facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role is essential in helping clients cultivate resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal recovery goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Professional, preferably as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic techniques and ethical practices.
• Strong therapeutic skills and the ability to build rapport with clients to motivate them through their journeys to recovery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, which are vital for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Experience working with specific populations, including children, adolescents, or families, is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices, enhancing your ability to connect with clients virtually.

• This role includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
