Use your marketโ€specific knowledge to identify scalable improvements in user support. Analyze data to enhance user experience and improve workflows. Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.

Spot trends and elevate complex issues to the global team when necessary. What We are Looking For Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly in Spanish (C2) and English (B2).
