We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Representative to support student transportation services by assisting Spanish-speaking families with bus schedules, route questions, delays, and transportation concerns.


Key Responsibilities:


Answer inbound calls from Spanish-speaking families and provide excellent customer service.

Assist with bus delays, missing buses, route information, and transportation-related inquiries.

Document calls and maintain accurate records.
