Your work at Arrowhead will be performed predominantly from the comfort of your home, with the dynamic and collaborative Outpatient Office environment available as needed. As an LCPC at Arrowhead, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Engaging in brief, targeted therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to determine the most effective treatment settings for each patient, including referrals as necessary.

• Monitoring patient progress, initiating follow-ups, and making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing relapse prevention plans and educational resources to help patients maintain stable functioning in their lives.

• Documenting patient progress thoroughly in treatment charts, ensuring compliance with agency guidelines.

• Providing valuable consultations to clinic management and team members regarding behavioral health services.

• Assisting patients with compliance to medical treatments recommended by primary care providers, ensuring a holistic approach.

Our typical patient population consists of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and personal trauma. You'll be instrumental in identifying at-risk patients, providing them with the tools and resources needed to achieve lasting improvements in their mental health. Your role will emphasize collaborative care, working closely with both healthcare providers and patients to ensure that all aspects of health are addressed.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.

• An active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.

• Thorough understanding of mental health assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Strong knowledge of DSM-IV diagnoses and behavioral therapy methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• A solid grounding in community resources and their applications.

• Experience providing consultation within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The compensation for this position falls within the competitive range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to attract top talent.
