In your role as an LMFT at Savas Health, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, abilities, and behaviors using interviews and direct observation, which will inform individualized treatment plans.
• Integrate various data sources, including medical and psychotherapeutic information, to develop tailored interventions such as therapy modalities, psychoeducation, and crisis management.
• Establish both short-term and long-term therapeutic goals, collaboratively working with patients to encourage open exploration of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
• Create and monitor personalized treatment programs that may include psychotherapy aimed at addressing acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide a variety of treatment modalities for mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain management, and interpersonal issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clinical services, including evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Consult with fellow healthcare professionals to identify and address potential psychosocial challenges impacting patient care.
• Stay informed on relevant legislative updates and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the organization.

Your primary focus will be on a complex patient population that includes individuals and families facing various mental health issues. Your role will be pivotal in shaping patient care strategies that address both immediate concerns and foster long-term resilience and recovery.

• A current California LMFT license is mandatory for this position.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy and support for diverse client needs.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to facilitate documentation and collaboration.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, as it allows for more effective communication with a broader patient demographic.
