Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass conducting virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs. Specific duties include:

• Facilitating one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, providing them with a safe and confidential space to discuss their mental health.
• Encouraging open dialogue about emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and understanding in clients.
• Acting as a client advocate, guiding individuals in establishing and achieving their personal therapy goals.
• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, interpreting their needs, and designing personalized treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to ensure effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work primarily involves adults who are stable and low-acuity, connecting with clients who range from those needing routine mental health maintenance to individuals navigating specific life challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong proficiency with digital communication tools and a good understanding of remote therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits
