At HealthBar, we believe healthcare works best when it's proactive, personal, and easy to access.
We partner directly with employers to create healthier, more engaged workforces through employer-sponsored health clinics, with care solutions that focus on prevention-not just treatment.
HealthBar is seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Consultant to help employers across the United States reimagine healthcare through our connected model built on Access. Network. Data.

This position is a key member of HealthBar's Revenue Team and collaborates closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Healthcare Partnership Specialists, clinical leadership, operations, and marketing. The consultant owns the sales process from qualification through contract execution and is supported by team members focused on prospect engagement, lead generation, account management, implementation coordination, customer continuity, and revenue operations support.
If you enjoy connecting with people, solving business challenges, and being part of a company that's changing healthcare for the better, we'd love to meet you.
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Competitive base salary plus commission
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

What You'll Do
As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, you'll help employers identify opportunities to improve employee health while controlling healthcare costs. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, building long-term partnerships and helping organizations understand how HealthBar's services can support their workforce.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop new employer partnerships through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HR leaders, executives, business owners, and benefits decision-makers
  • Build and maintain partnerships with employee benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, and other referral sources
  • Lead consultative sales conversations from initial discovery through implementation

  • Partner closely with marketing, operations, and clinical leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Represent HealthBar at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings
