To strengthen our CLM delivery team, we are looking for talented individuals to fill the position of: CLM Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities
  • Create technical specifications for implementing software components that deliver to defined functional requirements and specifications
  • Develop and execute test plans/cases for unit and integration testing
  • Independently code and test software components in accordance with the specifications
  • Technically lead a team of software developers
  • Provide leadership to the architecture, development and operational teams
  • Interact professionally with customer developers in support of their use of Conga, Agiloft, Ironclad, DocusignCLM, or other CLM Integration Technologies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality solutions development and consultative support of customer deployment and development efforts
  • Assess and troubleshoot software issues to resolve production issues with delivered code
  • Works with clients' Salesforce system architecture and design.
  • Advises clients on external application integration.
  • Works with clients' technical team for integration with products outside of Salesforce platform.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated 5-7 years leading multiple projects through the Software development process or Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and has performed in a variety of different roles in that life cycle
  • Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in multiple software and hardware environments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments
  • 3-5 years Conga experience, and must be Conga CLM Certified
  • OOD/OOA experience
  • Web development experience
  • GUI/UI development experience
  • Multi-tiered development experience
  • HTML/DHTML JavaScript, JSP and Java (OOP) and Servlet experience
  • SQL/RDBMS experience
  • XML (DOM/SAX) experience
  • Expertise in Websphere
  • Knowledge/use of web server technologies (preferably MS IIS, Apache, and/or Netscape)
  • Knowledge/use of a servlet engine technology (preferably Allaire's JRUN and BEA's Weblogic)
  • Knowledge of e-signature products, eg: DocuSign, AdobeSign
  • Knowledge of custom objects and custom development in Salesforce
  • Any knowledge of ServiceNow is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Mulesoft and Snowflake a plus
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience or 10 years of equivalent professional experience
  • Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
